5. Miscellaneous Terms
This agreement will remain in effect until the member cancels his/her membership or until Totzee cancels his/her membership. Totzee may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the membership of the member in case the member violates any provision of the contract.
Istanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes regarding this contract.
The membership registration of the member means that the member has read and accepted all the articles in this agreement. This agreement is deemed to have been concluded at the time of the member's membership and entered into force mutually.
The invalidation of any non-essential article of this Agreement will not affect the entire agreement and the remaining articles will remain in effect.
The e-mail address notified by the member to Totzee is considered as a legal registered e-mail for any notification to be made regarding this contract.
The parties accept and declare that all computer records belonging to Totzee will be taken as the sole and true exclusive evidence, in accordance with Article 193 of the Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100, and that the said records constitute a contract of evidence.
